/ Findability Audit
Your site is invisible in two places at once.
Google does not know what you sell, and ChatGPT has never heard of you. The Findability Audit tells you exactly why, in the order worth fixing.
What's actually going wrong
Most of it is not a ranking problem. It's foundations nobody laid.
On a typical Australian ecommerce site I find the homepage title tag is the brand name and nothing else, half the images have no alt text, the shipping threshold is set above every product on the site, and the brand name returns somebody else entirely when you search it.
None of that is exotic SEO work. It is a list of things that were never set up, most of them fixable in an afternoon, and it is costing real money every day it stays broken.
Then there is the newer problem. An increasing share of buying decisions now starts inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews. Being invisible there is a different problem with a different fix, and almost nobody is checking it.
The deliverables
A document you use, not a document you file.
The report.
Ten numbered sections covering technical setup, your metadata, AI visibility, conversion and offer design, and regulatory risk. Sectioned so you can action part of it yourself today and hand the rest to a developer without explaining anything.
Every title tag and meta description, rewritten.
For every page on your site, with character counts, ready to paste into Shopify. This alone is usually the difference between Google knowing what you sell and guessing.
Five articles, ready to publish.
Written in your brand's voice, each with its target keyword, title tag, meta description and internal links. Not topic suggestions. Finished posts.
An AI visibility assessment.
I run your brand through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, record what they say about you and what they cite, and give you the specific list of places you need to appear.
Scope
Five things, one document.
- Search visibility.
- Metadata, structured data, images, site structure, internal linking, page speed, and the setup basics most sites are missing.
- AI visibility.
- Whether assistants can find you, whether they describe you accurately, whether your brand name collides with something bigger, and whether you have accidentally blocked the crawlers that feed them.
- Conversion and offer.
- Pricing against your category, shipping thresholds, subscription mechanics, bundle economics, and the trust signals you are missing.
- Content.
- What to publish, in what order, and the first five pieces written for you.
- Regulatory risk.
- For food, drink, supplement, skincare and health brands, the claims on your site that a TGA, FSANZ or ACCC problem tends to start with. I flag the exposure and tell you who to take it to. I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but no SEO agency raises it at all, and it is often the most valuable page in the document.
The process
Four steps. You do almost nothing.
Book a call. Fifteen minutes. You tell me the business and what you are worried about. If the audit is not right for you I will say so on the call.
I audit. I need your URL. If you have Search Console or analytics access to share that helps, but it is not required.
You get the report and the content pack within 48 hours of starting.
We walk through it. Thirty minutes on a call, so you leave knowing exactly what to do first and what can wait.
The price
$750
The full audit, the metadata rewrite, five publish-ready articles, and the walkthrough call.
Credited in full against the half-day intensive if you book one within 30 days. Take both together for $2,000 and we spend the four hours building the systems to fix what the audit found.
FAQ
FAQ.
How is this different from the free audit every agency offers?
Free audits are lead bait generated by a tool, and they cover the technical basics only. This one includes AI visibility work, conversion and offer analysis, regulatory flags, and five finished articles. The technical checks are in there, they are just not the point.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The report separates what you can do yourself in Shopify admin from what needs a developer, with an honest time estimate for each.
What if my site is fine?
It will not be. But if I genuinely cannot find enough to justify the fee I will tell you on the call before you pay, not after.
Do you do the fixes as well?
Not as a monthly retainer. The audit tells you what to do, and the intensive teaches you to do it yourself with Claude. If you want it handled for you I can recommend someone.
Is this only for ecommerce?
It works best for ecommerce and product brands. Service businesses get value from the AI visibility and conversion sections, but less from the content pack. Ask me on the call.
What if I'm not in Sydney?
Does not matter. The audit is remote. Australian brands only for now, because the regulatory and market context is specific.
