MOVEWELL Training

A 60-day challenge companion app for a Bondi coaching business, plus what the audit crawler found on their site.

Client

MOVEWELL Training is a strength, mobility and nutrition coaching business in Bondi, Sydney, run by coach Sam Molineaux. One-on-one coaching in person and online, downloadable running and nutrition programs, and a 60-day GROWTH Challenge that runs in intakes through the year.

The brief

A companion app for the 60-day GROWTH Challenge, so every participant opens one thing each day: the session the schedule calls for, the daily checklist, their nutrition targets and a shared leaderboard. The coach needed to see everyone's numbers without being able to see anything private.

What I found

  1. The homepage title tag was 17 characters, "MOVEWELL Training", with no keywords, and six pages had no meta description at all.
  2. Images served at up to 3840px wide on five pages, and two of the three collection images had no alt text.
  3. No H1 on five pages, and two H1 tags on the homepage.
  4. Product meta descriptions at 320 characters on eight pages, so every one of them truncates in results.
  5. Product images named IMG_6991.jpg, IMG_7807.jpg and a screenshot named by date, across the shop.
  6. The og:description on six pages was a stub, so any link shared to Instagram or a group chat previewed empty.

What I delivered

A Next.js app on Vercel with Supabase behind it. Today, Train, Fuel, Mind and Crew tabs for participants, a coach-only roster, and a privacy model enforced in the database rather than the interface, so journals, therapy sessions and progress photos are private to the participant and unreadable by the coach. Plus the findings above, handed over as a list.

What happened

Too early to report results. This section will be updated when they are in.
